or an Academic year basis (October - September), and expire with the last issue
of the last volume.
. Subscription rates are subject to change without prior notice.
. Rates given in USD, EUR and GBP are definitive. Please check the current rate
of exchange in foreign currencies with your bank, and make payment accordingly.
. Private subscribers must certify that the subscription is for their personal
use only.
Payments: Payment may be made by bank draft, personal check, credit card, or international money order. Prices may be subject to local tax regimes.
